Espaços de Papel was a workshop developed at ESAD aimed at first-year students on the interior design programme.
The students are asked to explore the search for volume and form from the two-dimensionality of a single sheet of paper, using only simple cutting, folding and gluing.
Drawing accompanies the whole process, from visualising the idea before modelling the paper to drawing the volumes and spaces created.
